The master bedroom is gorgeous and comfortable (AC in the bedrooms). The bathrooms all have walk-in showers with heated towel bars. It has to be the very best space to rent in Montefalco. Very clean, nice linens, clothes washer-dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, oven - all high end and new. You would think that...

"Un appartamento molto curato nel mastio del castello di Sermugnano. Due ampie stanze un bel bagno nella parte alta di quello che era la torre centrale del castello. Un piccolo borgo rurale nelle colline orvietane, moooolto suggestivo. Accoglienza perfetta, appartamento dotato di tutto per viverci. Un luogo al centro di itinerari tra Orvieto e Civita, perfetto per passare qualche giorno visitando paesi incantati. Da provare. rapporto prezzo qualità onestissimo. Per una famiglia o per una coppia...

"The pool area is exactly like the picture. A real oasis. This house is for those who like originality. Its layout is unusual and the deco is superbly personal. So many touches that made us smile and feel happy. The house was delightful - very comfy, two big lovely double bedrooms (one very private), a small twin room very private, lots of little areas to sit down and read a book. The downstairs kitchen is a bit dark and damp so not a space we used. You have to be willing to walk down to the pool...
