"Very beautiful place and hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Needs a bit of renovations in rooms and amenities, but it isn’t anything major or will have effect on stay. Recommend it everyone, especially for couples wanting to spend time alone."

"Lovely hotel, had a big, gorgeous room with a balcony to the front of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, very helpful staff. Can’t fault the hotel, would stay again, great location for funicular and train station. Frequent bus service , bus stop outside hotel "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The reception area was spacious, and my twin room was comfortably sized and had good air conditioning. The real highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. the reception was outstandingly kind, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and my entire stay smooth and enjoyable."

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "
