"Both receptionists were super nice. They phoned us right when we got off the boat and allowed very early check in without additional fees as our rooms were ready when we arrived at about 11:00 am. When we checked out the next day, they stowed our luggage until 3:30 for us because our boat departed at 4:30. The only disappointment was that the TV was at a bad angle for watching in bed and we couldn’t get coffee at the office until after 8:00am. We were on the 3rd floor and discovered a patio toward the back that was non-smoking as opposed to the front patio which allowed smoking. Both patios could have been cleaned better but we didn’t mind too much as we were just happy to enjoy the beautiful weather and view. The plants in the corridors were beautiful!"

"First if all the staff was great Jacob was awesome very helpful and just overall a great guy along with Valentino another great guy that helped me with my stay..Totally recommended the place the rooms I got for the family was awesome very clean and the bed was comfortable had a great one night stay..Thank you for the stay next time I'm back definitely will stay here again "
