With the two houses combined, you will have no issues with space or fun with 150 feet of water frontage! Both houses have private boat slips if you bring or rent a boat, paddleboards, kayaks, and waterlily pads to play on. They both also have great outdoor spaces and decks to enjoy the Texas sun and beautiful sunsets.
If you know anything about Lake Austin, you will know how rare of a find this is! Choose from the double-level decks on the house or the outdoor seating areas to hang out while you are grilling, entertaining, and enjoying the beautiful scenery. You'll feel like royalty as you bask in the sun from the top deck or balcony overlooking the lake.
Both houses were completely redesigned by luxury Austin designer Sicara Designs in 2023. Notice the attention to every detail to make your stay feel luxurious while also not sacrificing comfort.
House Descriptions
*FIRST HOUSE:
The home is three (3) stories. You will enter on the main floor leading you right into the living area and kitchen, which both have sliding doors for amazing lake views. Between the kitchen table and bar seating there is seating for 10. Right outside of the sliding doors there is also an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you will be cooking a feast!
The bottom floor features the primary suite and the secondary suite.
Primary Suite: With a luxury plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, tiled shower, and a huge walk-in closet you can live like royalty. Don't forget the wet bar to make a cocktail and walk out on your amazing balcony. Well you paid for it, you deserve it! :)
Secondary Suite: This room features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walkout balcony as well. You will have a nice peaceful spot to enjoy that morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise.
The top floor has three bedrooms and one full bath.
Bedroom 1: A very spacious bedroom with multiple windows and the perfect morning lighting. Enjoy the luxury king mattress.
Bedroom 2: A corner bedroom for nice privacy and a great place to relax and unwind on the pillowtop king mattress.
Bedroom 3: Have a big group? We have a great solution. This room has two twin beds and also a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top.
*SECOND HOUSE:
As you walk through the front door you will notice the huge open concept. With multiple seating options including the massive sectional couch, kitchen table, dining table and lakeview lounge area. The kitchen has everything you need if you will be cooking a feast!
Primary Suite (First Floor): With a luxury plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, and a huge walk-in closet you can live like royalty. You will love opening the curtains in the morning to enjoy the massive windows giving you the perfect lake view from bed!
Secondary Suite (Second Floor): This room has the whole second floor to themselves! It features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom a tub/shower, and a ceiling fan. All the privacy you could hope for!
Guest Bedroom 1 (first floor): A beautifully furnished room with a queen-sized bed, closet and ceiling fan.
Guest Bedroom 2: Perfect for big groups! We have two bunk beds (4 twins) that all have brand-new luxury mattresses perfect for kids or adults!

*If you have a large group, these two houses right next to one another can sleep up to 25. We can also hold small events/celebrations with approval, but parking can be difficult with the steep driveways (14 cars max)
*Please indicate the correct amount of guests as we do charge an additional $30/night/guest after 6 guests. If you have correctly indicated the number of guests, this is going to automatically update your total amount.
RULES:
We also charge $500 for an unapproved late checkout.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID for verification.
No parties or events with prior approval
We only accept pets that are under 50 pounds, please provide a picture.
Please note that the pets are only allowed in one of the houses.
Pet Fee is $165 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
Quiet hours in Austin start at 10PM which means all noise has to be limited at this time in the backyard areas. We know it's gorgeous out there but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. Noise gets amplified by the lake. If your group receives a noise complaint we will charge $1000.
You can use the paddleboards, kayaks, water lily and private slip at no extra charge. If you are going to need to launch a boat, we will need to know about a week in advance so we can get you a pass from our HOA. A day pass is $50. You only need the pass for the day you are going to launch.
