Served the purpose for us after reservations elsewhere were cancelled last minute due to a water issue. Some things are a bit dated and in need of repair, but overall good and homey. Very convenient to Timberline. Maybe goes without saying in the area, but if going during the winter with the snow, make sure you have a 4x4 to get up the road and driveway. "
