"The Ambassador Ajanta is an older property. While in some ways it looks dated, it is still a very nice hotel with great service overall. The front desk staff, especially Tasleem, were very helpful. They also accommodated our late checkout even when they were fully booked. I would say there was some confusion about our kids. "The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"
