House is walking distance of the main store, coffee shop, and bar without taking away from the peacefullness having deer hang out in the yard provides. I would say if you have little tikes, plan on bringing a gate for the stairs and putting some stuff up to make it a bit more kid friendly. But all and all, it worked great for us. "

"What a great place! We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the meadow and river. We climbed the rocks and the view was even better. Unfortunately the fish in the river were not biting, but the Missouri River is nearby. It was a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Such a beautiful log home! "
