I asked them twice but they didn't respond. I called them and after 20 minutes they could provide me the code. The property itself is clean and has everything for one night stay. "The apartment is in a very central location. A two minute wall to the main train station and also a lot of decent restaurants. It was very expensive and not that much higher then a standard size hotel room. It was very clean and had a great bathroom - they came and cleaned every day which was great. "BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. "This is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The living space and kitchen area is very comfortable. Jamie was always accessible for any of our questions or concerns. We did have a problem with the kitchen sink drain, but hopefully that will be fixed for the next guests. Also as an FYI, the washer and dryer are not located in the unit, but are in the basement of the building."
