"Suppose to be a 4 star property , upon checked in was given a pile of bedsheets and towels to climb 2 floors to the apartment. Was told that we need to lug these bedsheets and towels after the stay back to their office. In addition cleaning of the property is also required by us. Otherwise a charge of 65€ will be charged We found cockroaches on the ceiling and in the toilets. "

"Vielleicht sollte ich damit anfangen, dass mein Mann und ich (obwohl 60 Jahre) noch nie auf einem Boot gewohnt haben. Es mag also ein paar Dinge geben, die für uns unbekannt waren, für alte Segelhasen aber nicht. Die Vermieter sind top. Agnes ist ein Schatz. Zu unserem Hochzeitstag gab es sogar eine Flasche Champagner und Kuchen. Sehr nett!!! Das Boot ist gepflegt und sauber! Nun wird sich der geneigte Leser wundern, warum wir nur 3 Sterne vergeben. Staff, food both great but the room was a disaster
"The hotel staff and the food were excellent but there was an issue with the room. We booked a club room with balcony as per Hotels. Com website. On arrival we’re told the club rooms did not have balconies so I asked for a room with a balcony. It was a pool view but it was also a huge building site view within 20 metres. A massive crane was within 10 meters of the balcony working from 8 to 5.30. Very noisy indeed. I had to pay extra for this room over the original. I am not sure the hotel should be selling these rooms currently. I could carry on a conversation with the builders without shouting. I did discuss the problem at reception but was told there was nothing to be done. "

"Check-in early!, Receptionist had limited English but still helpful. Room was well equipped but was above the kitchen of the hotel rest – very noisy at night, Rest was very good> "
