"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"2nd time staying here and will come back for sure. The hotel seems a bit old but fair enough for the price. Is very clean, the staff is very friendly. They offer Disney and universal transportation. The beds are comfy, the rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, perfect for short stays. I really recommend to stay here, there's a Walmart next to the hotel and Starbucks, across the street there's an IHOP and souvenir stores. The price is really good for what you actually get. "

"Communication with staff confusing. I lost my car keys running to get out of a sudden downpour. I dialed 0 and asked about said key. They had the keys. I was told by Katherine that they could not send anybody over till it stopped raining. Are you kidding me…. I was told to call back when the rain stopped. 1 1/2 hr latter it stopped raining. I called the operator back and could not get through, ringing, transferred to the wrong department. So ( with recent knee surgery walking was slow going) I...
