"Clean room with a new big bathroom. The pool was big and the garden is very nice. I don’t know why some reviewers write that its dirty, wasn’t our experience at all. Maybe other rooms are different but ours was very clean and excellent value for the Price."

"Die geräumige, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung im 3. stock hat einen wunserschönen Blick in die Palmengärten. Drei Balkone bieten zu jeder Zeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Zum Traumstrand in Bentota sind es 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Kumara ist aber immer da um einem im Tuktuk zu fahren. Zur Abkühlung hat es einen neu gebauten schönen Pool. Wir waren 5 Wochen dort und genossenjede Sekunde. Kumara und seine Familie sind ausserordentlich liebenswürdige Menschen. Danke für die tolle Zeit"

"We stayed a whole week in the apartment and could not have had a better time there! Bernard picked us up from the train station and welcomed us with fresh coconuts. He and his family were extremely nice, and even invited us to a dinner cooked by his wife on the last day. The apartment is very well decorated and brand new.
