It was a mess the bedding was not a clean ..I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen ,,The kitchen sink is cloged ..It was very disappointing .. I have pic of everything .. I sent to manager .they brought me a clean blanket we checked out a day before our check out date ..

Would have enjoyed a coffee maker, ice and water on refrig turned on, a few more towels, we had one hand towel and one wash cloth to share for 3 days and one bath towel each. . Bathroom needs a bathmat for stepping onto after shower. Overall pics made apt look nicer than it actually is. Low bed not great. Furniture not comfortable. View out BR spectacular . Location great! However, cleanliness and comfort leaves a lot to be desired.

Needs some upkeep; good location
Convenient location and could be so much better but: when the carpet is stained dirty (like you don't want to walk on it in your barefeet, dirty), the washer is broken, they give you one oversized hand towel for two people (thin and scratchy), the bedding is kind of crappy, you can't really enjoy and feel comfortable. Pros: the location , bedroom window looks out on beach (the window was hard to see through, so dirty) - building has elevator (there are about 8 stairs getting to elevator into building, in case anyone has mobility restrictions). Couch is comfy and living room area and kitchen are good. Easy steps they can take to make this property SO much better; buy some towels, sheets, and rip up that rug in bedroom!

The apartment we rented was comfortable, nice view and right off the beach, the people in the building and area were friendly. The only issue we had was check in. It took us 42 minutes before we were able to get into our apartment due to the door codes they kept sending not working. Asked for an accommodation due to the inconvenience but to me it was an unacceptable accommodation. But other than the checki in, things were good.

Great ocean view in a neat condo
The condo is pretty neat and has a great ocean view. The web descript is pretty accurate: living supply is enough except missing laundry detergents during our stay. The owner is responsive. Overall a good vacation stay for a small family.
