UNSANITARY
Cockroaches all throughout downstairs. All of us have bug bites all over our bodies. Owner couldn’t even supply one roll of toilet paper. Mind you we came all the way from California, didnt stop at the store first. We got there and couldn’t even use the bathroom. Toilet upstairs flooded a couple of times so we ended up not using it. For the 4th room didn’t even supply bedding. Sleeps 7 only had towels for 6. Downstairs bathroom looked like was under construction. Plaster on the wall as of being repaired. No towel bar looked broken off. Had electrical tape inside tub. Refrigerator door shelving was broken. Cupboards upstairs in the bathroom didn’t close all the way. Stayed slightly opened. Listing very deceiving. Not in the best area. I’m writing this so people will think twice before renting this place. I have bites all throughout my body especially on my neck near my face . Imagine that means they were crawling on my face while I was sleeping. So unsanitary!!!!

We got in very late due to flights changes and had a few issues with the key code not working but was finally able to get in touch with the owner after about 7 calls. He was able to fix the issues, and offered us an incentive . Also Not the cleanest places the doors can use a wipe down for sure, However we ran into the cleaning crew Sunday so maybe it will be cleaner for the next group. We Didn’t have any small towels and had to call him the following day to get them. The area was okay no issues but we also was gone most of the day. Overall if some changes were made it’s possible I would stay in the future.

Deceiving
The property was very deceiving from the pictures. It was not at all rental material. Everything was very old and not clean. The doors had yellow stains dripping from them. The area did not look safe at all. Everything inside seem to be falling apart even the toilet seats! We ended up running away from there and renting a hotel. Also very bad service from VRBO when we called to complain. Would not recommend property or website to anyone!

Needs some improvement.
The down stair bathroom floor was covered with black hair. There was no washcloths or hand towels in any of the bathrooms. There was 7 of us and only 6 towels. And there was no sheets or blankets for the single bed.
