«Ma Maison» is a 54m² luxury minimal penthouse apartment, 30m² front deck with a view of Acropolis and Lycabettus hill, located just 200mts from K.Patissia metro station. It was fully renovated on 2017 by a construction company, with a lot of care and attention from us, which transformed it into an exquisite and modern designed residence according to the latest standards.
Our goal is to make you feel like home. Sleep on a bed with egyptian cotton linens, have a rich breakfast with a view of Acropolis and Lycabettus, prepare your meals and enjoy it on the diner table, sit on the sofa and relax watching cable tv, turn on the radio cd, lift the motorised tent and have a drink watching the stars and Acropolis with Lycabettus brightly lighted. You will be delighted with the amenities and it will make you want to stay more. It would be an honor to accommodate you in «Ma Maison».
«Ma Maison» is a whole floor penthouse located in Kato Patissia district, right in the heart of Athens. This is the right place if you want to discover the city. You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network and through X93(only 6€ fare) express bus up to the bus station of Liossion. Also from the port of Piraeus there is a direct link through the Metro network. Kato Patissia metro station is 4 stops from Omonoia, 6 from Akropolis and Thissio. You will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical centre while you are just 500 metres away from National Road and intercity bus station of Liossion. Through metro network you can go easily from the one side of the city to the other in order to see every corner and aspect of Athens. It’s a very safe neighborhood with a lot of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, fruit markets, traditional Greek restaurants, pharmacies, commercial shops, banks, etc).
Your privacy is guaranteed as it is the last apartment of the building on the 5th floor (the elevator goes up to the 4th floor and you need to take 12 stairs only to the top). It is consisted by one spacious bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and one big living room connected with the kitchen.

•Deck at the front and auxiliary balcony at the back. The 30m² main front has a round table with comfortable chairs so you can enjoy the view of Akropolis and Lycabettus hill, especially at night. For an even better experience you can lift the motorized tent and enjoy the beautiful sky of Athens,
•Comfortable Italian design sofa with 4 independent modules which can be transformed into a double bed and a flat 32inch tv with a cable tv (nova) and a lot of free satellite channels plus a radio cd player. All of the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
•Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with independent hobs, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler, juice extractor. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee(nespresso), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
•Bathroom with shower cabin, hairdryer with extra 110 volts inlet
•Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items.
•The breakfast consists of coffes (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomille, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.
For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balconies which as you can see are very spacious and comfortable. Thank you for your cooperation.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Kato Patissia district is ideal for discovering Athens due to its ideal position right in the heart of the city (even distance from north and south) without the disadvantages of being in the centre. The possibilities offered for transportation are plenty and can cover every desire.

TRANSPORTATION (GETTING THERE AND AROUND)
You can come very easily from the airport through Metro network (10€ fare) and through X93(only 6€ fare) express bus up to the bus station of Liossion. Also from the port of Piraeus there is a direct link through the Metro network.
If you decide to take a taxi you will need 26 minutes from/to the airport and 15 minutes from/to the port of Piraeus.
If you move with public transportation then the Metro is at 200 meters. The map of the Metro network is available on the photos and covers the entire city. You will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical centre. Acharnon Street is 100 metres from home. From there, buses leave on a very frequent base for Monastiraki, Thissio and Constitution Square as well as to North (Kifissia) and South (Piraeus). On google maps you can find everything regarding the bus routes. The daily travel card for all means of transportation costs 4,5€ and the five-day card costs 9€ (which we can supply on your behalf upon request).
If you have a car then the National Highway is 500 meters away with easy access to both directions (North and South) while Acharnon, Liossion and Patission streets (500 meters range) will take you downtown in 10 minutes.
