The best location to explore all that Asheville has to offer! Avoid the noise and congestion of staying downtown, which is an easy three mile drive away. Peaceful, private and safe.

Start the day with a walk to beautiful Beaver Lake and its scenic two-mile trail loop. Blue Ridge Parkway hiking (Craven's Gap) is less than a 15 minutes drive.

New construction with beautiful finishes. 10 foot ceilings. Plenty of natural light yet heavy drapes on windows for privacy and a good night's sleep. Small kitchen with hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, sink, fridge and luxurious bathroom with heated floors. Comfortable queen sized bed.

Off street parking; safe, walkable neighborhood. Half mile to two grocery stores - Fresh Market and Ingles. Plenty of great restaurants and drinking establishments close by.
