Vacation Villa "Hortensia" with Garden, Pool, Wi-Fi & Terrace

The 160m² vacation villa "Hortensia" is located in Arzachena, a sun-bathed Italian town in the northern part of the island of Sardinia whose granite hills slope gently toward the crystalline waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).
Guests can enjoy the spectacular view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun in the covered terrace, both private features. The outdoor area has a pool with showers as well as a children's pool, also for private use.
The property is located just 2 to 4 minutes (1 to 2 km) by car away from a variety of restaurants, bars, and there is a market just 100 meters away. The villa is just a 15 minute (10 to 14 km) drive from Porto Piccolo Beach and Spiaggia Barca Bruciata, white sand beaches whose shallow water is ideal for swimming. Visitors can also take in the sights and sounds of the Piazza Risorgimento just a 5 minute (2 km) drive from the villa and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. Guests can also visit the Sentiero Dei Giganti natural and archeological park just a 7 minute (6 km) drive from the villa. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Pevero Golf Club, just an 18 minute (16 km) drive from the villa. The Arzachena area currently has 41 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. The Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is just a 30 minute (27 km) drive from the villa.

BEAUTIFUL LUXURY HOME: A+++++
We've stayed at several VRBO homes throughout the world and this beautiful home was by far one of our favorites. It was very well furnished and was immaculate - both inside and on the outdoor grounds. The pool was pristine. We liked that the location was on a quiet street which made for a very peaceful stay, yet was close to shops and restaurants. The caretakers were very friendly and made themselves available for whatever we might need - yet were not intrusive or imposing. They even provided a welcome treat of wine and snacks. We would definitely stay here again and will continue to highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! A++++

Villa Hortensia
Villa Hortensia has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host was flexible with check-in and checkout times. Villa was very clean and even had cleaners come in to freshen up and change the sheets. We were greeted by the hosts and were left some lovely snacks and wine, on the last day the hosts brought breakfast to the villa. The area is quiet and peaceful and very safe. The rocks further up from the Villa are worth taking a visit to and having a little climb, the view is lovely. Sardinia is beautiful and the scenery is breathtaking. It is definitely worth taking a boat trip around La Maddelena Islands. Every beach is beautiful and has crystal Clear water. We stayed in Costa Smerelda but would love to see the other side too.
