Light filled, comfortable loft king bedroom with closets and viewing nook with rocking chair sits above the main level, on the main level the comfortable living area with flat panel fireplace opens up to a viewing balcony with sauna, a stocked galley kitchen with all major appliances, and dining table with seating for 6 and a full bathroom with shower complete the upstairs space. 
Down the spiral staircase to the cooler, darker first floor, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom with glass patio sliders exiting the house onto a brick patio with a large closet, and another bedroom with a twin bed and cafe seating with table for contemplative moments and cups of tea. Washer dryer and downstairs bathroom are also located on this level.
Storage on site and beautiful outdoor spaces make this the perfect spot for friends or family relaxation. Located in a mountain neighborhood, we ask you to be a respectful guest who can fit in with the quiet vibe and come prepared with AWD or 4WD from November to April. 
This is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the mountains from your own private perch. Tons of birdwatching opportunities, stargazing, and access to incredible local trails just a short walk from the house.
