"This was our first time in Portugal and this Hotel just made it better. Hotel was just what we expected. It seems safe, convenient and with great dining options.On arrival you are greeted by hotel employees waiting to help you with your bags. They take their time to give you a quick overview of the amenities and what the room has to offer. Hotel is clean and has a great smell. I would definitely stay again here and most likely recommend this hotel to others. "

"The staff at the front desk were amazing! We arrived exhausted and more than frazzled around 10PM after an important suitcase was lost on its way from the Amsterdam. The front desk clerk was so very kind and sweet, and empathetic that I couldn’t help but disclose that 27 years ago our honeymoon had begun here, in Lisbon, just a day earlier. She was visibly moved and dropped everything to find a way to help us mark the occasion and cheer us up. She represented us with a collection of tiny (mini bar edition!) bottles of port and a huge smile helping us forget the previous three hours. The restaurant made for a lovely surprise, too, with a vast selection of starters, warm dishes, fruit and dessert where the wait staff graciously attended to us late into the night. Thank you! "

"We loved this hotel and the staff! They were very helpful with all of our needs. The only complaint is that the coffee and beverages in our room were not restocked daily. Our last morning there we had no more coffee and had no time to get it elsewhere prior to our departure to the airport. Everything else was top notch!"
