At the entrance to the remarkable site of Pointe d'Arradon, in the heart of the village of Pratmer. (400 m from the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, the market, shops and the center of Arradon). Ideal location for starting tours, hiking by the Gulf or boat trips, kayaking or paddle boarding (rentals at the marina 400 m away).
With 25 years of experience in welcoming holidaymakers to Arradon, we now offer three non-terraced houses equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each has a fully enclosed private garden, guaranteed privacy and tranquility.
Large living room (two leather sofas, large screen TV, wood stove).
Two bedrooms (one 160/200 bed and two 90/200 beds) each with a bathroom (sink and shower) WC on each floor. Quality linen provided (cotton percale).
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, full equipment.
Large 37m2 terrace with garden furniture, 3/4 seater jacuzzi, barbecue, dining area, relaxation area. Access between the gardens of the houses possible on request.
Cleaning included on your departure. From here everything can be done on foot, visits, shopping, market ... If you arrive by train, we will welcome you at the Vannes train station. Car rental at the Super U of Arradon, bus departure 150 m.

Séjour parfait!

Très joli gite tout confort jolie déco et bien équipé ! Le jacuzzi un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour merci à Catherine et son époux.

Très bon séjour

Logement très agréable et propre, à 5 min du centre et 10 min de la plage et de ballades sur le sentier côtier. Très bon accueil et super disponibilité des propriétaires ! Quelques transats dans le jardin et tout serait parfait.

Accueil par Virginie très sympathique, disponible pendant tout le séjour. Maison propre et agréable a vivre, terrasse et bain a remous top, voiture garee dans la cour très appréciable. Situation géographique parfaite et bien centrée pour visites et activités. Seul petit bemol sur l eloignement des grandes plages, prevoir la voiture.

Beautiful Arradon propery

Modern and very well presented property. Immaculate private garden with hot tub. Barbecue supplied with charcoal was popular in the glorious weather during our stay. Close to the village so a short walk for fresh bread and croissants in the morning and a pleasant stroll to the marina and beach. Excellent attention by the owners who live alongside. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore this beautiful part of Brittany.

Ruhig gelegen, nah am Dorfzentrum und Strand

Sehr sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes, der Beschreibung entsprechendes Haus mit gemütlicher Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern auf Englisch hat sehr gut mit raschen Antworten geklappt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, es ist aber alles wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Nach Vannes sind es 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen.

Fanny und ihre Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber. Sie empfangen und verabschieden uns herzlich. Wir treffen alles so wie beschrieben vor und auch für unseren Hund liegen Decke, Kissen, Essgeschirr und Leckerlis bereit. Das Haus ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet, sauber und lässt einen sofort heimisch fühlen. Arradon ermöglicht vielfältige Aktivitäten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Ein perfekter Ort nicht nur fürs Ausspannen sondern auch für Aktivferien. Wir können Fanny und Familie bestens empfehlen. Christian & Verena

Magnifique maison proche de tout

La maison est très jolie, déco au top. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Plein de belles balades à pied depuis la maison, centre ville (commerces, restaurants) à deux pas. Et accueil super sympa des propriétaires (y compris pour notre compagnon à 4 pattes) Bref nous avons passé une excellente semaine :-)

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, d une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires charmants et disponibles sont aux petits soins pour que le séjour soit parfait. Cette location est parfaite. Jolie maison, neuve, spacieuse, lumineuse et très propre. Très bien aménagée et joliment décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Grande terrasse et beau jardin avec un jacuzzi qui convenait tres bien pour deux adultes et deux jeunes enfants. Parfait pour se détendre le soir après des journees dynamiques. La situation est parfaite pour visiter la baie et ses environs. Au calme et proche de la mer. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, avec de petits conseils ou des adresses pour agrémenter vos vacances. Disponibles si besoin. C'est appreciable. Merci à eux. Location de très grande qualité

Cette location est absolument conforme à l'annonce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et bienveillants. La maison est agréable et moderne : récente, propre, bien décorée, literie de qualité, grande cuisine totalement équipée et une terrasse au top dont jacuzzi et barbecue. Le jardin est complètement clos. Ce qui a permis à notre boule de poils de bien profiter des extérieurs en toute sécurité. Maison située dans un quartier calme, proche du centre d'Arradon (boulangerie, boucher, restaurants, ...). Situation et conditions idéales pour découvrir le magnifique Golfe du Morbihan.

Das Haus ist perfekt. Es sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind sehr gut und es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Geschäfte, Restaurants und Austernzüchter sind ohne Autofahrt zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Catherine und Dominique für diese schöne Woche.

Maison en location entièrement conforme à la proposition. A noter une propreté exemplaire, une literie et oreiller de très grande qualité, une décoration raffinée et moderne rendant ce lieu accueillant et chaleureux. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan au départ de cette petite ville très calme, ou l’on trouve d’excellents restaurants et commerçants, le tout, couronné de la communication aisée et de l’accueil bienveillant des propriétaires.
