Poolside apartment in Costa Silencio (K102)

Lovely bright poolside one bedroom apartment in the well maintained complex of Parque don Jose in Costa Silencio. Peaceful area to relax whilst still having a number of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Complex has two pools, one of which is one of the biggest pools of any complex in the South and plenty of poolside space. The apartment has the added benefit of being ground floor looking straight onto the pool. Benefits from washing machine, oven, hob and microwave.

All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday.
If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Our staff will meet you with the keys to this apartment.


Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out

Just what was needed

Loved our stay in this apartment so much that we would love to have returned next year. We were disappointed however when making enquiries the cost of the apartment had risen by almost 347 euros for the same holiday.

well located beautiful complex

everything was perfect. the complex is beautiful, quiet and very well located. THE swimming pools are great. except for the sleeping area in the living room, you would need a mattress as the sofa bed is not comfortable. Stoves that are too worn and not usable should also be reviewed.

Good clean apartment

Good clean apartment on a beautiful well kept complex all within easy reach of great restaurants and cafés. An excellent bus service can take you to the more popular resorts.
