you can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, bakery, organized beach on foot
Palm Mar is a great place to live or vacation, as it is a quiet residential area, just 10 minutes from the metropolitan area and the airport.
It is surrounded by the Punta Rasca nature reserve which is fantastic as you can enjoy among other times and activities a fantastic afternoon of leisure; Mountain biking, hiking, jogging and after that, end up in a beach bar taking a sunset or enjoy a good dinner in the variety of restaurants offered by Palm Mar, the best in an idyllic setting is Bahia Beach

Perfect
The apartment was perfect for us. We loved Palm Mar but others may find it too quiet. I would recommend a car as it is a bit isolated but we liked that aspect.

lovely apartment situated in pal mar great open outlook with fantastic views and sunsets very clean modern air conditioned apartment with u need to cook or not as u wish private parking included u defo need a car unless u wish to remain in pal mar there are various walks along to the lighthouse .galletas and for the adeventurous a wee climb over the mountain to lo cristianos it takes 45 mins the hardest part getting up there as it is pretty level on top

Appartement palm-mar
Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La personne qui nous a reçu parle le français, c'est un plus quand on ne parle pas la langue. L'appartement est spacieux,très bien équipé, dans un secteur calme et dispose d'un garage privé en sous-sol. Il se situe à une dizaine de kilomètres de las americas ou de los christianos. On a vraiment apprécié notre semaine dans cet appartement.

Traumhafte Wochen in Palm - Mar.
Das Appartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage und Aussicht ist sehr schön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Poollandschaft ist wunderbar, sehr gepflegt und top sauber.
