"This property is NOT currently in service - it is still under construction - it has no power, no sewage - its is not currently finished, has no formal infrastructure, and does not have a permit to operate from the local council. This venue is NOT supposed to be taking bookings. The owner of the property (not the provider) was immensely helpful and embarrassed by this event occurring.
