"Great place- cozy and clean! River was low so we couldn’t kayak or float on it but went to Northampton Beach as recommended by owner! Beautiful beach! Place does not have foil, plastic wrap or much for storage not many spices or condiments so plan accordingly. Everything else was great! Also be aware, as I missed, they charge extra for more than 2 people. "

"The owner is simply amazing such a sweetheart her energy and charisma are the greatest treat to stay in the hotel she did everything possible to keep me comfortable and she was available for anything that I could need I was there to be part of a race in the area she made sure to help me with anything that I needed .. the place is neat and clean and well taken care of. The restaurant in the first floor is very cute and the food is really good too I ended up having a salad she made herself and it was delicious"

"This property was perfect for our entire family! We had 6 adults and 4 children in the house and there were enough bedrooms for all. The kids absolutely loved the game room and we made good use of all the boats and tubes. Would highly recommend!!"
