In Arico, the holiday home "Tia Osa" is conveniently located close to the beach. This 60 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This accommodation features a private outdoor area with an inflatable pool and an open terrace.

Una casa encantadora

Pros: Hemos ido 10 días y no hemos podido elegir mejor el alojamiento, según llegamos nos estaban esperando las dueñas, dos personas encantadoras que se nota que quieren que te sientas como en casa, te dejan un detalle de bienvenida y te enseñan la casa, está todo preparado con mucho cariño, no le falta de nada a la casa, fuimos con un bebé y ha estado feliz, nos facilitaron cuna, trona, juguetes para la playa... Si necesitas cualquier cosa más escribes y enseguida te contestan. Lo que digo, si alguna vez vuelvo no dudaré en ir a esta casa. Gracias!!!

Zu Gast wie bei Freunden

Pros: Tolles Apartment im guter Lage mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Whirlpool, der auf 40⁰C beheizbar ist. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, in fußläufiger Entfernung befinden sich ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ein sehr schöner Wohn-/Essbereich und eine tolle Veranda runden das Wohlfühlerlebnis ab. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk empfangen; außerdem gibt es ausreichend Necessaires, wie z. B. Rasierer, Rasierschaum, Duschgel, Shampoo, Mundwasser etc. Auch für Kaffee, Milch, Kakao und Gewürze war gesorgt. Die beiden Gastgeberinnen waren super aufmerksam und kommunikativ. Auch bei der Check-out-Zeit wurde uns entgegengekommen. Rundherum zufrieden mit diesem Aufenthalt würden wir diese Unterkunft immer wieder in Betracht ziehen; gerne auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Cons: Der Whirlpool darf auf Grund der Ruheschutzzeiten (Anwohner) "nur" bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden- dies war jedoch die einzige Einschränkung und ist auch Gemecker auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ansonsten können wir nichts bemängeln.
