It is in a very small residence on the second line of the beach of Argelès sur Mer that you will find this charming T2 apartment completely renovated.

Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it consists of an entrance, a spacious living room-kitchen equipped with sofa bed and small balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC.

You will only have to put down your suitcases and enjoy this bright apartment a few steps from the beach!

The shops and restaurants of Centre Plage and the Port of Argelès are 300 m in each direction. This place is ideal for spending a good holiday with family or friends!

Location état moyen mais idéalement placé

Location en état moyen, certes rénové mais il y a des années, avec vraiment très peu d’éléments pour faire la cuisine ! On a apprécié la climatisation et l’emplacement de l’appartement dans une rue calme proche des animations des restaurants et de la plage
