The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies."

"We wanted somewhere that felt local and authentic, away from all the tourists, for a few nights. We had a family of four in a single spacious room and spent a lot of time by the pool, walking around in the parks, and exploring downtown. "

The room was very nice, and had everything I needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and included a number of homemade regional specialties. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. Just steps from Spain's Museo Nacional de Artes Escenicas, the Plaza Mayor, the Corral de Comedias, the Lacemaking Museum and more - there was plenty to do during my brief stay. I hope to return for a longer visit soon, and I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended."
