"Spent a week with siblings and partners to celebrate a milestone birthday at Ross-shire Hall. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed. "The property was easy to access and in a great location in Inverness. The host was accomodating and accessible...at first. When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere. Also, the heater behind the washer/dryer turned off and started blinking an error code. In the 5 days we had booked, we tried to contact the host four...
