We offer a beautiful, cosy holiday home surrounded by 2 hectares of chestnut forest in a quiet and rural location, only 10 minutes by car from the ancient mountain town of Arcidosso. It is perfect to relax and unwind.
The holiday home has a spacious living area with a large well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The view overlooks the well-kept grounds with fruit trees and swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared by all guests (max. 6).
There is a private sun terrace with parasol. The whole area can be used for walks, reading, etc. During the day and in the evening you can watch the deer that come to the boundary of the property.
Nearby, about 20 minutes walk, there is a natural swimming pond on a small river. Approx. 20 minutes by car you can reach Monte Labbro (approx. 1300 m) with a historical building and a brilliant view. There are many hiking possibilities from the holiday home but also beautiful paths on Monte Amiata.
The small hamlet of Le Macchie is only a short walk away. The nearest town is Arcidosso, which is a ten-minute drive away and has all the amenities of a small town, including two supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a wonderful historic centre. Twenty minutes away is the beautiful town of Santa Fiora, recently included in the list of Italy's most beautiful towns. Thirty minutes drive takes you to the start of the stunning Val d'Orcia, Tuscany's iconic countryside, with the historic towns of Montalcino, Pienza and Bagno Vignoni.
In about 70 minutes you can reach the sea with many beautiful sandy beaches.
