Currently our holiday home has 4 independent apartments of different sizes with maximum retention of the original features that are typical of Italian houses.
LOading station for EV !
All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace and have a kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and separate living and sleeping areas.

All apartments have radiators with gas heating.

There is WiFi in and around the house.

There is a large pool of 12x6m (salt electrolysis) with wonderful views of the area and the Apennines, which has an elevated pool house with a portico.

There is a playground for the little ones.

The front of the garden is dominated by a huge mulberry tree, which has a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. After the locals, it's probably one of the largest in all of Italy.

Guests can pick the fruit fresh from the trees in the garden: mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - persimmons.

There is no landscape pollution from electricity pylons, solar panels, cell phone masts or busy roads.
If you're lucky, you'll see a herd of deer or wild boar pass by the casa while a few eagles or falcons patrol their territory from the air.

The house is quietly situated in a hilly landscape and surrounded by land.

The house is centrally located between the Adriatic beaches (25 km, approx. 30 minutes by car) and the Apennines (30 km, approx. 40 minutes by car).

Those who prefer the culinary tour is paradise. There are many typical restaurants in the immediate vicinity of our Casa and on the coast you can fully enjoy the delicious dishes with fresh fish and shellfish. The Marchegian cuisine, based on the excellent pure Italian cuisine, has simple delicious dishes without excitement, but with an abundance of organic ingredients and prepared with love just as it was 100 years ago. In addition, a delicious local wine and you will find yourself in the culinary heaven, all without burning a hole in your wallet.

Cultural
Even on a cultural level, you don't have to stay hungry. Well-known cities such as Urbino and Gubbio (both recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites), Assisi and Perugia; All the jewels of cultural heritage that guarantee a great day. You can also combine culture with tax-free shopping in San Marino.
A day in Rome is also a possible activity.

For nature lovers there are many nature parks such as Gola della Rossa et Frassasi (with the spectacular caves), Monte Catria, Monte Cucco, Monte Nerone and Golla del Furlo, the Riviera of Monte Conero, ... You can also spend a day or more on the beautiful Adriatic coast. There are the more demanding coastal towns like Senigallia and Sirolo, but there are also very quiet coastal towns like Marotta.

If you want to stay on the premises you can also relax and enjoy: lounging by the pool with the occasional cooling splash, enjoying a drink in the shade, playing a board game, napping in a hammock, playing a badminton game, .. ..

We also regularly organize free group activities: a wine tasting in the local winery, a visit to traditional local festivals (typical Sagra) in the surrounding villages or a nice dinner in the casa.

Dolce Vita dans les Marches ou des vacances heureuses et ressourçant es.

Nous sommes extrêmement ravis de notre séjour chez Gino et Veronik qui ont su nous accueillir très chaleureusement. Leur demeure est confortable, l'extérieur avec piscine, jeux, terrasses, est extrêmement agréable. Depuis notre balcon nous avions une vue magnifique sur les paysages typiques des Marches. Un séjour très convivial avec une soirée pizza très appréciée avec tous les locataires. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et vous invitons à y séjourner. La région des Marches est à découvrir et cerise sur le gâteau la mer est chaude et il y a aussi des plages de sable que de galets. En tt cas nous repartons avec pleins de bons souvenirs tout particulièrement depuis notre location. Merci à Gino et Veronik 🙏😀
