Charming former villa in a very well-located area of Arcachon.
In a peaceful residential neighborhood, highly appreciated by the town, this avenue is lined with villas reflecting the typical architecture of Arcachon.
You will be close to the train station (400 m), Eyrac Beach (600 m), and Arcachon market halls (700 m). Everything can be reached on foot. No need for a car.

You will easily access the main attractions to explore the Arcachon bassin and enjoy the sea, bicycle rides along bike paths, various water sports, and visits to different neighborhoods of Arcachon.

You are near shops and restaurants both in town and by the sea.
You can also take the opportunity to discover the Dune of Pilat, the fishing villages where you can taste oysters, go for bike rides (the house is in front of the bike path), or walk around.
Ferry shuttles are also very close to take you to Cap Ferret, the Tchanqué cabins, and the Banc d'Arguin.

In the basement, a very large cellar with a sleeping area equipped with two 90 cm mattresses, or they can be placed together to form a 180 cm bed.

An excellent spacious period property for which the on-line listing does not do it justice. Very comprehensive kitchen with a full range of quality equipment, crockery and utensils. Very well positioned in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the beach, the shops and the train station. Large garden with a good space for outdoor dining. Highly recommended. Only suggestion is that the additional charges for linen, bathroom towels and cleaning is made clear in the listing.
