"We are one month into our European trip and have stayed at 10 different places so far but this has been the best by far .Yes it has 54 steps to get to the rooms and I have a broken foot so it wasn't easy but it was worth it .Lovely rooms - loads of space, well equipped kitchen and laundry and comfy beds .Then there was the outside terrace with views to die for.We stayed 6 nights and didn't want to leave .Menton is wonderful and this place is well situated between 2 great beaches .Loved it"

You need to cross the busy road to walk on the pavement. There is a lot of noisy traffic including lorries & motor bikes. In the bedroom I used earplugs. The bed was very comfortable & wide. The flat is fantastic with everything you need and even a generous stock of foods (to be replenished before you leave).
