Was happy to do so and actually gave me a better room than I had. Great customer service! The original room did look a bit run down whereas the new room looked new and well kitted out."

"I arrived in the late evening when the reception was closed, but the staff had kindly left my key in a safe place. The rooms are named after animals, I was in the SHEEP room which had lifesize and authentic-looking toy sheep on the carpet as well as sheep motif on the curtains and a huge ram picture on the all next to the bed. The room was immaculately clean, the bed comfortable. I would return."
