The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
