"Rooms are well worth the price and the best part is proximity to the fabulous Plakias beach. Just a short walk. Town is within walking distance and many grocery markets and restaurants. "

"Lovely room booked for an overnight stay in town. Excellent location but worth noting that suite with terrace didn't have a sea view as described, it had no view at all. Also up a very steep staircase, particularly coming down them could be problematic if you have any mobility issues "

"This was a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Old Town. We had a spacious suite with a loft. The pool was an excellent addition to take a dip after our walks. Breakfast was so yummy, especially the Greek pastries and yoghurt. The outdoor area was beautiful. Would highly recommend this quaint hotel."

"The hotel is located on the edge of old town, by the bay and next to the Venetian Fortress. It has a convenient parking onsite which is a big plus for a hotel located in old town Rethymno. The room is clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal for exploring old town and surrounding area. Rethymno Beach is on 15 minutes walk away. "The property was lovely; our room had A/C and a mini-fridge with a freezer, and the balcony had a drying rack with clothespins. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, too! Haroula is the best: friendly, always happy, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She's our new good friend, and so are the people in all the stores, bars, and restaurants. "I'm quite fussy about where we stay (to say the least!) and Marianthi apartments did not disappoint! Rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday to a high standard and had everything you needed. The pool and garden area made for a relaxing place to sunbathe but to leave the hotel you are only 1 minute from the main street with shops, restaurants, bars. "Property was amazing! The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable, furniture was lovely. Shower was great, all utensils were great. Balcony was amazing on the quiet street but ten seconds robtavwrnas and craft shops, 2 supermarkets, 3 beaches in five mins walk. Such a beautiful wee town which I felt so safe. Friendly atmosphere. Lucy was also beautiful and very helpful. Will definitely be returning to Lucy’s Pension and Panormos. 10/10"

"We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended"

"This property is elegantly beautiful. The staff was exceptional especially Elena who runs the front desk. She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. She went above & beyond to help us with whatever questions we had. This property is highly recommended."

"Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Entertainment was a 3 out of 5 and not daily. Rooms were clean. Overall a pleasant stay and would come back. Location is prime in the town. "

"It was a great hotel, lovely and clean. Well presented and great food and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. Staff were very accommodating given it was our honeymoon. Although child friendly it was very much almost all adults and the few children and young people around were not disruptive. Some small details could do with touch ups plaster cracked, flaking, cracked steps etc"
