This home underwent a total renovation in the summer of 2017 with an open floor plan, amenity loaded kitchen and pantry. Can’t say enough good things about this house. The house itself was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of all downtown attractions and local eateries. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. Will definitely be back when visiting Annapolis!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The location was great, and the house was incredibly clean. It was just the right size for our group of 7, and the backyard area was an ideal place to hang out and relax. We will definitely try to book here again for any future Annapolis visits!

Commissioning Week

Enjoyed a week with family & friends celebrating my son’s Comissioning at the USNA. This home was a great location to the Stadium for the ceremony & the USNA for events. Nice walking distance to restaurants & sightseeing spots. The open concept main level was great for hosting along with the comfortable backyard with the gas fire table. We would definitely use this home again! Laura was very accommodating in having extra bedding there for teenagers to sleep downstairs as well. The pantry had items to use for a family party & she welcomed us with spirits. So many amenities added to the comfort of this Nap-Town home!

A group of us were in town for a reunion and our experience could not have been better! The home was beautifully renovated and in a great location. We all agreed we would return to this home again when visiting Annapolis!

Awesome house & better location

My husband and I attended a wedding in town for the weekend and this house was perfect for our needs. Quick walk to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic stay

This house was perfect for a group of friends celebrating a 50th birthday! The house was so clean and well cared for! The front porch and outdoor backyard space provided even more room for us to gather together. We will be back!
