Do not stay here.
The worst VRBO experience due to these issues:
- Floors were dirty with dirt, dust, and shoe prints. Owner's excuse was that we asked for an early check in so they didn’t have the time to clean the floors. She argued that she didn’t charge a cleaning or pet fee but she agreed to an early check in so it was her responsibility to clean the house prior to our arrival. Her excuses made us question if the house was properly cleaned at all. She offered to clean the floor but we were not comfortable with having strangers come inside. Owner dropped off wet swifter pads and we cleaned it ourselves.
- Downstairs bathroom shower stall has mold in it, so 8 guests used one bathroom to shower.
- Upstairs shower did not drain properly.
- Shower and sink strainers had hair and gunk in them.
- Kitchen sink had food remnants.
- Dishes were dirty so we had to wash them.
- Fridge was dirty and contained open water bottles.
- Trash was left in all trash cans.
- 3 bath towels were provided for 8 guests. Owner dropped off towels next day.
- Downstairs toilet had stains on the seat that we had to clean.
- Only 3 toilet paper rolls were provided. Owner argued that we put down 4 guests when we booked it for 8 adults. She dropped off more toilet paper in 2 hours.
We’ve been working to get compensated for these issues. The owner lied about us throwing a party and not having a baby in our group. After providing proof, she retracted her lies. We will never be back and recommend that no one chooses to stay
