The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate."

The outside of the house doesn’t look great, but the inside is very nice. The house description mentions a sofa bed, but there isn’t one. That was the only drawback since we were counting on that. "

"Cottage is cute, well furnished, private and in a great location. It is a bit quirky: with odd floorplan (bathroom separated from bedroom by rest of house) and older uneven floors. We had a nice week there."

"We stayed back in 2019. Now in 2024 there have been some major updates. The place is so cute! All the details give a cozy beach vibe. AC is a definite bonus. Everything you need is available. We like the location because the beach is mostly private but it's just a short walk/drive to more happening spots. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Dan!"

As we were celebrating my wife's 30th birthday we utilized ride services quite a lot and found this location was pretty close to all our points of interest. There's also a grocery store a few blocks away which was very convenient. The owners of the property was readily available for any concerns we had and checked in periodically with us too!"

"This apartment is great. Yes, you're in the city, down a few streets over seems sketch, but this one is perfectly fine. As someone who didnt used to be used to city living, then learned how to live in downtown Chicago, I'd be fine living here. The neighborhood kids (4-13 yrs old?) were playing in the street even in the evening, and talked to our kids. Families on their porches were all friendly. Plenty of very hot water. Drains all worked without backing up at all. Bedding is ample, but bring a...

"Perfect lakefront house for barbecues and parties. Easy access to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. And, Bella’s across the street for pizza and wings. Owners are friendly and accessible. Our third stay there."

"Overall got the job done for our 6 person group short stay in Buffalo. Host gave us the wrong code to enter but was quick to respond and give us the correct one. Property would benefit from some detail updates - coffee pot was broken, the bathroom door downstairs didn't latch properly, no kitchen or bathroom hand towels, paint was peeling in some areas. If you're looking for a larger place on a budget near downtown Buffalo this is a good option. "
