"We had a wonderful autumn holiday in this villa. Mahil received us very kindly and the house was fully equipped. (Towels, bed linen,, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets etc). The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds comfortable and a good shower in the bathroom. There was plenty of things to keep you entertain in the garden too. (Table tennis, pool, swing, and a lovely swimming pool. Tourist activities are close by. We enjoyed visiting the Dordogne and the beautiful caves and castles. Thank you...

"The location was good and there was plenty of room for all nine adults. The pool was a great bonus and the hot tub much appreciated. We also enjoyed the table football Our property manager, Benedicte was very welcoming and quick to respond to any queries The only thing that let the property down was the arrangement of the bathrooms. "Spacious and well-equipped! There were four of us, and we never felt cramped, The bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for family gatherings, The nearby restaurants were a nice touch, just a quick drive away"

"An immaculately clean and well presented house in a lovely, scenic village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly sitting on the sun-trap terrace, looking over the river, that leads straight off the living space. The beds were comfy, the linen was great quality and there were even robes that could be used. Communication with the host was excellent and the property was easy to find and access, as there is key safe."

"Our stay was horrible. We spend 2 nights at the house. When we arrived our kids jumped into the pool. The swimming pool filter was not working. (We found out later) The same night they both got very sick. The house was very dirty end didn’t smell fresh at all. When we were cooking in the tiny kitchen we found some hair in the pan and we lost our appetite. Beautiful Rural Retreat

"Had a wonderful week here in Perigord Vert. We enjoyed the local scenery, villages and attractions. Cathy was a wonderful host - thank you for the lovely food gifts and the beekeeping lesson! So interesting. Would recommend to larger groups and families - everything perfect and lots of space and lots of bathrooms and showers!"

"The property was gorgeous, clean and the pool was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a lovely family holiday. Just a couple of points to note. The beds were very very firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. Firm beds are not for us. The listing said hot tub. We hadn’t seen one in the pictures so guessed it was a mis-print, but to confirm there is no hot-tub despite it being listed. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the host who was very good and came straight away but could not fix it. It did not get fixed the entire week we were there. You are in the countryside in an old house so mobile data signal was patchy to non-existent within the property. This can be frustrating when planning days out (or when you have teenagers.) We had a lovely holiday and visited some gorgeous locations in the region. The property was private and clean."
