"At check-in Kevin said that the unit had gotten double booked and told me he had another unit in the same complex. When I got to the unit, there was a puddle of water/cleaning solution on the floor. I went to clean it up but there weren't ANY towels in the kitchen. I found some bath towels in the closet, they were damp, all of them. I checked the bedding to see what condition it was in. They were damp as well. I called Kevin and he apologized and gave an excuse that you can't find good help...

It was extremely small, especially the bathroom. The door code stopped working which meant that we were locked out of the property for quite a while.
