Location: wonderful farmhouse located in the countryside in the heart of the Conero Park, 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Portonovo, with over a hectare of private garden available.

Description: the property is developed on two levels (external staircase connecting the two floors). Ground floor: large living room with dining table - kitchen with washing machine - large garden with pergola equipped with table and chairs.
To access the first floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located, you need to go outside the house, since the stairs are not internal, but external.
First floor composed as follows: entrance with double sofa bed - master bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower cubicle and balcony.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
