Gorgeous fully renovated 2 bed, 1 bath ranch home that is bathed in natural light. Beautiful kitchen with large concrete island, gas range, stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet space. Sit at the bistro table or the breakfast bar and relax. Second bedroom is set up with a futon and large workspace. Large deck off of the back of the home opens to a grassy back yard. Located in Spenard, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Utilities, internet, kitchenwares and linens included. Basic start up supplies are provided- dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap. Pet on approval, no smoking allowed.
