"The hotel is apparently 2 years old and it looks like that from the outside but from inside it seems like a 10 years old atleast because so many things are damaged on the inside. Like in our room, flooring was chipped and nuts were off. The place where you put your luggage had broken things. Bathroom door had broken outer cover so you can actually see the inside rubber, bathroom towel hanger was broken etc etc. Rooms were dusty when we were in. Food was very average. Service was the worst with once they taking 45 mins for 2 dosas in the restaurant. Just doesn't feel Taj like. Facilities for children were abundant though and spa was good. Overall for the price it was OK but not a hotel where you would like to keep coming back for something."

"Not very hospitable, food not very good, slow service, staff does not understand instructions, however some staff members serving in restaurant were good, there was a problem with electricity in the room, maintainence staff came very late to repair. Iron was not working, had to get replaced. One set of toiletries for 2 persons in the room, no conditioner, many small issues"

"Location is far from city Area is Commerical / industrial and hotel actually located on 7th floor The road is extremely busy with traffic and there is a toll entry/exit across road We had booking yet on arrival they were confused and were rather lost "

"I would say this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in in India and the level of service and comfort is second and on the rooms are beautiful. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is incredible. The staff are attentive before you go anywhere else. You must check out this hotel."
