"The house was built in 1910, but has been recently updated. The rooms were average in size and were well-appointed, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows and blankets. The one room with the twin beds is small and is for younger children. My grandkids didn't mind. The only issue is the one bathroom for the 5 upstairs bedrooms. We worked it out as families do. Some adults used the shower in the master bedroom bathroom on the main floor, and the kids took baths in the main floor bathroom. The house was well stocked with books, games for adults and kids, throws, drinks, medical supplies, and forget-me items. The kitchen had all that you needed, with cabinets clearly marked to help find what you wanted. Two refrigerators, beach towels, USB chargers, dish detergent pods, booster seats, and baby chair, beach toys, kayaks, and a paddle boat were also available. Took the kids to the dock to learn how to fish, and the fish didn't disappoint them. They didn't have to wait, and we had fun catching and releasing. There was great communication with Amy on a few issues that were resolved quickly. It was an easy, "relaxing", and enjoyable week."

"This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the property is well kept with lots of floral flowers and unique shrubbery. The cottage is well kept clean with modern updates. The host is very accommodating with extra amenities and generous with extra supplies you may forget. The host is also diligent in making sure your stay is comfortable and reassuring that she is readaly available if you need her. 5 stars!"
