"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the morning of checkout. No idea what was going on at all."

",,Amazing Stay,, -Very good standard of the room loads of space, large bathroom, very good breakfast with loads of choices. Staff above and beyond very helpful. Cherry on the cake was that receptionist borrowed us umbrella on rainy day so we can walk around. More hotels should be like that. "

"Beautiful property, with absolutely incredible views. Staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Couldn’t speak any higher about the employees. Some elements of the room could be modernised a little but it’s an old building. We had one of the 2 story rooms with a courtyard and Mountain View from one side and then a Mountain View the other. The shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used and was very surprised at the amount of water pressure at such an old building. Spa area was lovely and a beautiful addition to the property. Very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend, especially at this price point. "
