You will find a beautiful, stylishly decorated apartment located right on the popular Velilla Beach in Almuñécar, a lively area all year round with numerous restaurants, beach bars, and shops. The apartment offers two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living room and kitchen, recently renovated. The highlight is the terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean, perfect for relaxing moments. The center of Almuñécar is just half an hour's walk or five minutes by car away, with excellent public transport connections.

A parking space is available in a nearby building, not included in the price and available for an extra fee. It is recommended to reserve in advance. Located along the famous Costa Tropical and just an hour's drive from Málaga and Granada, Almuñécar is a unique destination combining sun and skiing (Sierra Nevada), with tropical summers and mild winters.
