Nice apartment decorated with style and located on the first line of the popular beach of Velilla de Almunecar. An area with a lot of life throughout the year. Many restaurants, beach bars and stores.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms plus sofa bed. Two bathrooms and a living room kitchen open concept and newly renovated. The best, its terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean where you will spend many moments of tranquility. Just half an hour walk from the center of Almuñecar, 5 minutes by car. Perfectly communicated with public transport.
Also available parking space in nearby building not included in the price. Please ask for reservation in advance.
Situated along the famous Costa Tropical and an hour's drive from Malaga and Granada, Almuñecar is a unique sun and ski destination (Sierra Nevada) that benefits from tropical summers and a mild climate in winter.
