Villa Costacabana is a modern and cozy estate located in front of the sea. Recently renovated with a large garden area, heated pool and several porches that invite you to relax and enjoy a natural environment. It is an ideal and safe place for families with children.
There is a sandy beach a few steps from the Villa that the little ones will love. In addition, in the urbanization there are bars, a restaurant where you can enjoy typical seafood food and a pharmacy. If you want to visit the nearest shopping area, you can walk to the bus stop and take line 18.

Villa Costacabana is an open design concept at ground level that facilitates free access and mobility for its guests. It also has a large living room area, a sleeping area and an auxiliary room prepared for parties, events and leisure time with family and friends.
