"The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break"

"Pascal greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome from the first point of contact. The drink, canapé and cookies were much appreciated after a long journey. Breakfast was fantastic and prepared beautifully using quality ingredients and the room was very comfortable. Several dining options are within walking distance to suit all budgets and the car park behind the property is very convenient . Pascal was full of local knowledge and tips and we would certainly stay here again if in the area ."
