Enchanting penthouse sited within one of the most exclusive bay of Alghero. Step in and the countdown to lose your breath is very little.

Three bedrooms of which one is with en-suite service. A fully equipped kitchen with all tools to turn your meals in super tasty culinary experiences. A large living area, modern, elegant and wonderfully furnished with high quality units.

Now take a moment for yourself; once crossed the wide sliding doors the dream can start. The impact with the diverse blue sea tones is very strong. At the front, quite distant, you could clearly see Capo Caccia, the sleepy giant protecting you. No words can describe the pure element of calmness and joy. A unique journey with a bit mixed emotions as you may not want this to be ever over.

The view of the ocean and the national park peninsula across the bay of Alghero is simply amazing, and the apartment is very modern and spacious! From the apartment you can also see the historic center of the town, with its towers and churches. Easy parking in the garage. There is an interesting shoreline right in front of the building, great for playing or exploring tide pools. There is only one restaurant within easy walking distance, but it is very good. There are a few restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. My only complaint is the condition of the road in front of the building. It is a dirt road with large potholes, and no street lights, so if you have a very low sports car, it could be a problem,but our FIAT Panda did just fine. The building is brand new, so maybe they will improve the road in the future.
