The office had booked me in for the wrong day, and to make things worse, the hire van I was driving had a faulty key — with my locked phone still inside! Olivia didn’t hesitate to step in. She used her personal phone to help search for a solution, and thanks to her calm and proactive attitude, we managed to get it sorted. She was absolutely brilliant — a real asset to the Village team! "Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff though out the stay. Room very clean as was the whole hotel. Bar staff made fabulous cocktails. Breakfast extensive choice, also catered for gluten free & alternative milks available Only small issue was the swimming pool changing rooms; there was lots of hair on the floor. Also the pool staff need to pay more attention to the guests behaviours, male guest shaving at the side of the pool then using showers to rinse. Future guests need to be made aware of the restricted use of the pool due to swimming lessons. "
