"Property was uninhabitable due to mold many places in the home and growing in clumps on the wooden hangers in closet. Home also ranked below average on cleanliness. After explaining to host and sending pictures of The mold in the home it's still took hours to get a refund so we could move forward with our vacation. All in all we were on the phone for 5 hours and finally the parent company verbo stepped in and handled everything in a very fair way. It was frustrating to lose so much time and have...
